U.S. Armed Forces Reserve, Federal Bureau of Corrections – Building Expansion Project
Project Description: Providing design services for all site improvements, site grading, drainage, utility relocation, and paving, for a 3-story, approximately 36,000 square foot addition to a building on the U.S. Armed Forces Reserve complex in Grand Prairie, Texas.
Tonkawa Tribe of Oklahoma – Tribal Complex Infrastructure Project
Project Description: Design services for an infrastructure construction project to serve the Tribal Complex residential and office area. Services include, refurbished sanitary sewer lift station, water line distribution improvements, new water wells and treatment system, water conveyance system and fire protection.
Tonkawa Tribe of Oklahoma – Tonkawa Native Lights Casino
Project Description: Design services for all site improvements, site demolition, grading, utility relocation, and paving to support casino expansion.
Osage Nation – Hominy Casino
Project Description: Design for the fire suppression system. Design services for site improvements, exterior water line, trenching, and backfilling. We are providing full time inspection services and construction management.
Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes - Tribal Transportation Facility Project
Project Description: Perform feasibility study to 1) reconstruct existing facility or 2) build new facility to meet office space needs for the Roads Construction Program, the Tribal Transit Program, and future planned transportation services. Design should incorporate sustainable ‘green’ infrastructures.
Scope of Work includes: the archeological investigation, topographical and boundary survey, hydraulic analysis, geotechnical investigation, environmental assessment, site plan with horizontal and vertical control, driveway permit and/or right of way acquisition, grading plan with earthwork quantities, traffic control plan, storm water prevention plan and detail, structure details and final grade plan, develop construction material testing (CMT) schedule, engineer’s estimate, and final construction plans (as-builts) to enable the construction of the project.

Project Description: Improve condition of driving surface and width and provide shoulders; inprove drainage; improve sight distances and visibility along slopes and install traffic signs where necessary to improve safety.

Eastern Shawnee Gymnasium
Project Description: Devel0pment of the Tribal Activities Center and Gymnasium. Includes the design, concrete, parking, building pad and structural aspects. Partnered with Architectural firm.
Tahlequah Airport Hangar
Project Description: Civil design of Hangar at Tahlequah Municipal Airport.
Pokagon Tribal Cultural Center
Project Description: Services includes hosting a community charrette, preliminary civil design, and all construction documents for the Cultural Center.
Skiatook Parallel Taxiway
Project Description: Plans and Specifications have been prepared for the construction of a parallel taxiway from the south end of the existing parallel taxiway to the south end of the runway meeting all of the requirements of the Federal Aviation Administration. The plans will be prepared for bidding, followed by recommendations, and construction inspection along with final inspection and documentation to finish the project.
Hominy Perimeter Fencing
Project Description: Plans and Specifications will be prepared for the installation of security fencing and gates including automated gates for the perimeter of Hominy Municipal Airport, meeting all of the requirements of the Federal Aviation Administration. The plans will be prepared for bidding, followed by recommendations, and construction inspection along with final inspection and documentation to finish the project.
Stroud Airport-Crack Seal, Seal Coat & Stripe Pavements
Project Description: Prepare the working drawings and specifications setting forth in detail the work required for the crack seal, seal coat and striping of airport pavements. All work shall be in accordance with FAA specifications. The plans will be prepared for bidding, followed by recommendations, and construction inspection along with final inspection and documentation to finish the project.
Cushing Entrance Road-Taxiway Rehabilitation
Project Description: Prepare the working drawings and specifications setting forth in detail the work required for the construction of a Hangar Taxiway running north from the Apron to serve additional Hangar spaces and crack seal, seal coat and stripe the Entrance Road and the Hangar Taxiway for the South Hangar area. Engineer shall be responsible for providing documentation to qualify for FAA Funding including but not limited to Grant Applications, and Safety and Phasing Documentation. All work shall be in accordance with FAA specifications and requirements.
Bristow Pavement Rehabilitation/Apron
Project Description: Plans and Specifications for the rehabilitation of the Runway and the North aircraft parking apron, meeting all of the requirements of the Federal Aviation Administration. The plans will be prepared for bidding, followed by recommendations, and construction inspection along with final inspection and documentation to finish the project.
Mid-America Industrial Park Airport-Crack Seal/Seal Coat
Project Description: Patching, Crack Filling, Seal Coat, and Stripe all Airfield Pavements
Eastern Shawnee Tribal Casino
Project Description: Site Planning for the Tribal Casino, all civil engineering work.
Fort Hall Casino, Shoshone Bannock Tribes
Project Description: Civil design for the Fort Hall Casino. Services included design of a waste water treatment system for the new casino and hotel including an irrigation system and sanitary sewer extension. Services also included an evaluation of the existing system on the Fort Hall Reservation.

Project Description: Corporate Project, New Civil Design for Wal-mart Supercenter Site.
